HRANA News Agency - Imprisoned blogger and medical student, Rojin Mohammadi, has been locked up in Ward 2A of Evin Prison under appalling conditions. This ward is under the control of Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution (IRGC).
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Rojin Mohammadi contacted her family briefly by phone and informed them of her nervous convulsions and migraine headaches in prison. Rojin Mohammadi’s current condition is the direct result of her incarceration and pressures exerted by the interrogators in order to force her to confess and accept charges filed against her.
Iranian authorities have charged Rojin Mohammadi with the crimes of propaganda against the regime and inciting public opinion by the means of human rights activism. Meanwhile, intelligence agents have been pressuring Rojin Mohammadi’s family not to broadcast the news of her condition. Rojin Mohammadi’s brother was also summoned to Shahid Moghadasi Court in Evin Prison and threatened.
Rojin Mohammadi was initially arrested on November 14, 2011 upon her arrival at Imam Khomeini Airport but and subsequently released after posting bail. She was finally arrested again on November 23, 2011 and locked up behind bars in Evin Prison.

Release blogger Rozhin Mohammadi
On 14 November 2011 Rozhin Mohammadi, a blogger and medical student at the Philippines Manila Medical School, was arrested at the airport upon her return to Iran; after 24 hours she was released on bail only to be rearrested on 21 November 2011 after three days of interrogation. her laptop was also confiscated. She was then transferred to Evin ward 2A that is under the control of the Pasdaran Revolutionary Guards.
Rozhin was charged by Evin prison branch 3 prosecutor of attempting to set up gatherings to disturb the national security, propaganda against the regime and involvement in human rights activities. Thus far, Rozhin Mohammadi has been denied access to an attorney and also phone calls or visits with her family.

HRANA News Agency – Imprisoned blogger and medical student, Rojin Mohammadi, is under increasing pressure in Evin Prison. On November 23, 2011, Rojin Mohammadi was arrested after returning to Iran.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Iranian authorities have charged Rojin Mohammadi with the crimes of propaganda against the regime and inciting public opinion by the means of human rights activism. Sources have reported that Rojin Mohammadi has been transferred to Ward 2A in Evin Prison. This ward is under the control of Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution (IRGC).
Rojin Mohammadi was initially arrested on November 14, 2011 upon her arrival at Imam Khomeini Airport but and subsequently released after posting bail. Five days later, on November 19, 2011, security agents raided her father’s house in Kermanshah in order to arrest her again. However, since she was not home at the time of the raid, the police failed to take her into custody.
On November 21, 2011, Rojin Mohammadi was summoned by phone to Shahid Moghadasi Court in Evin Prison, and her personal belongings including a computer were confiscated. She was interrogated for 3 consecutive days and finally arrested again on November 23, 2011 and locked up behind bars in Evin Prison.

Rojin Mohammadi, Iranian student and blogger arrested
CHRR - Rojin Mohammadi, a medical student at Manila Medical School of Philippines got arrested upon her return to Iran and was transferred to Evin. Ms Rojin Mohammadi flew from Istanbul, Turkey to Iran on Aban 23, 1390 (24 /10 / 2011) and she was arrested and transferred to Evin but was released on bail after spending 24 hours at Evin Prison.
Five days later, Her father’s house was raided by security forces in Kermanshah. ( a city in West Iran) It was proclaimed by the security forces that “They came there to arrest Rojin Mohammadi”.
She was summoned to District Attorney’s office at Shahid Moghaddasi of Evin on Aban 30, 1390.
Upon her interrogation for three days and confiscation of her laptop, she was handed over to Evin authorities. So far, charges against her are unknown and it’s not clear, where she is housed.
